I studied this book inside and out…researched things that were unfamilar to me that I came across while studying. But when I took the test, it was all new material, nothing one the test was in the book. I wasted my time with all the studying.

I used this for 0371 (EBD). It didn’t have a lot of things in it that ended up being on the test.

These books are used to simulate a possible test set of questions and to get you ready for the appropriate test format. These are not “give mes” of your actual test! Hence the negative reviews. I studied for the 0353 (which replaced the 0351) test with this book and the newer updated guide for about a month prior to my test date and it did me wonders.

I ordered three different Praxis II books from Praxis hoping for an excellent review of three separate content areas including 0351. My expectation was that I would see at least 20-25% of the content from the book on the exam. I took the test today and was startled as the timer went off. Sure I completed the exam on time, but what I didn’t see find were questions from the book on this test. I didn’t see questions on specific cases from the book, the characteristics of students with disabilities was far too vague, and there were not questions about specific organizations. Now, I will be honest and say that there are different Praxis exams out there. However, if I’m answering sixty questions, I’d like to see at least 5-8 questions from the book on the exam but not with the exact wording.

Don’t waste your money on this Praxis book or your time. I read each page of the 0351 test prep and am very upset that I put my trust in this company and this book.
