This book was very informative and I would recommend reading if you want a glance into diversity. I did not agree with everything and because of this found myself reading other books on diversity to gain better awareness.

This book was required reading for a class and I am glad I had the opportunity to read it. I feel this book has provided me with a banquet for thought, along with the suggested reading. I have not had much training in diversity and I believe this book provided a useful start.
