English and Black look at administration in a very real and tangible sense. There’s nothing in this book that isn’t true. They explain some very open and serious viewpoints, hints, and tricks from their own experiences in administration. This book was a fun and enjoyable read. It is highly recommended for anyone considering administration. You won’t regret reading this book.

This is a MUST read for anyone interested in becoming a school administrator. It is a practical, very real look at the realities of school administration. It is also good for practicing administrators, they will validate the book contents as “the real, straight, truth.

I don’t know about the book because it never came. Also, several others in my class didn’t receive their book they ordered from Amazon, so check the availablilty before you buy!
